The Story of Broken Tooth

Once on a shiny day I boarded a Blueline bus, tragically for me, smiling. The conductur had seen me smiling, which he found out of place. To figure out what could be a reason of a person to smile here seemed to be his misery. Nevertheless I took a ticket from him, after which he asked me to move forward "Bhai aage bus khaali hai...".

Law 1 : All the blueline buses in Delhi are always "aage se khaali"
Corollary : In all the RTVs in Delhi always "peeche bahut jagah hai"

In what seemed to be a routine practice i navigated my way to front end of bus which was 'ekdum khaali aage se' but the trip couldnt be more comforting baring a few hiccups, of pulling my bag from between the crowds, holding it above my head at few point of times, sharing a few pleasentaries with uncle on whose foot I would step. But when i reached the place for which I had set my Adventurous Endeavour for, I look back at the conductor and smiled again. This seemed to be the last straw I had pulled. The bus suddenly speeded up.

Law 2 : A Blueline bus will always speed at places where it should be carefully driven and will always run slower than a pedestrian where it can speed

To gain some stabilty I found the comfort of the nearest pole and held to it in relief and smiled in relief. The smile didnt go well with the pole either. Suddenly the bus stopped a the pole hit me hard. A part of my front tooth was gone, so that whenever I Smile today, I remember that I had dared to smile that day.
